Job summary

Kohl's in Wisconsin is seeking an associate to deliver excellent customer service and support store operations, including freight processing, replenishment and omni-channel fulfillment.

You will greet customers, assist with products and services, participate in training, and help maintain product protection standards while meeting daily productivity goals. This role requires flexibility to cover days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and attention to detail.
• Verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Flexible availability including days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process product, unload trucks, stockroom and omni-channel fulfillment.
• Replenish the sales floor based on sell-through and seasonal changes.
• Engage customers by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services.
• Uphold product protection standards and safety policies.
• Support training of new hires on Kohl's standards and procedures.
