Job summary

Kohl's in Macon, GA is hiring for an entry-level Associate role to deliver customer service and support store operations, including freight, replenishment, and omni-channel fulfillment.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service is helpful but not required.
• Ability to multitask with attention to detail and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication with customers and team members.
• Willingness to learn Kohl’s brand standards, inventory procedures and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process product, including unloading truck shipments and stockroom operations.
• Replenish the sales floor based on sell-through and seasonal changes.
• Engage customers by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services.
• Execute all product protection standards.
• Participate in training for new hires on Kohl’s brand standards, product knowledge, inventory procedures, and productivity standards.
