Job summary

Kohl’s in Georgia is seeking entry-level Associates to deliver exceptional customer service and help run store operations. You will process freight, replenish stock, and assist customers with products and services in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will support store leadership, participate in training, and adapt to a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays. No prior retail experience is required, and you must be 16 or older.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process product; unload truck shipments; fulfill omni channel orders.
• Replenish the sales floor as necessary based on sell-through and seasonal changes.
• Engage customers by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services.
• Execute all product protection standards.
• Participate in training for new hires on Kohl’s standards, product knowledge, and inventory procedures.
