Job summary

Kohl’s in Michigan, Jackson is seeking an associate to deliver excellent customer service and ensure smooth store operations. You will process freight and omni-channel duties, replenish floors, and assist customers with products and services.

Responsibilities include stocking, following safety guidelines, and supporting training for new hires on brand standards and procedures. Flexibility for days, nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail.
• Verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• No retail experience required.
• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Flexible availability including days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process product, including unloading truck shipments and stockroom operations.
• Replenish the sales floor based on sell through and seasonal changes.
• Engage customers by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services.
• Execute all product protection standards.
• Participate in the training process for new hires on Kohl’s brand standards and inventory procedures.
