Target is hiring for a Seasonal: 4am Inbound (Stocking) position in Franklin, WI. The role focuses on stocking, merchandising and guest service to ensure products are available and properly presented on the sales floor.

Ideal candidates are flexible, able to lift up to 40 pounds, and comfortable performing duties early in the morning and on weekends. Training is provided to help you succeed in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in guest service and cash handling.
• Ability to stock, face and organize merchandise.
• Comfort with lifting up to 40 pounds.
• Flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

Responsabilités

• Stock shelves and maintain in-stock levels.
• Assist guests with questions and directions on the sales floor.
• Keep area clean, organized and visually appealing.
