Kirkland's, Inc. is seeking a Stock Team Member to assist with freight flow, backroom organization, salesfloor replenishment, and price changes. The role requires high organization and a sense of urgency across shifts.

Responsibilities include receiving merchandise, maintaining stockrooms, and supporting brand standards during shifts. No experience is required, but efficiency and reliability are valued to help meet store goals.

Qualifications

• No experience needed; stock experience preferred.
• Energetic, results oriented with drive to succeed.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and manuals.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work weekends, holidays and evenings.
• Able to lift 45+ pounds and climb ladders.
• Able to stock and retrieve merchandise from stockroom and sales floor.

Responsibilities

• Assist in receiving merchandise safely and timely.
• Maintain an organized stockroom and stock flow.
• Replenish salesfloor and execute price changes.
• Support driving profitable sales and protect company assets.
• Adhere to dress code and represent brand positively.
• Take initiative to ensure shipments are processed promptly.
