Job summary

Kohl’s Fargo store is looking for a team member to deliver excellent customer service and ensure smooth store operations including freight processing, replenishment, and omni-channel fulfillment.

You will greet customers, assist with products and services, and uphold brand standards while supporting training for new hires. This role requires flexibility for days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to multi-task and stay organized.
• Verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• No retail experience required.
• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Flexible availability including days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process product, including unloading truck shipments and stockroom operations.
• Replenish the sales floor based on sell-through and seasonality.
• Engage customers by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services.
• Execute all product protection standards.
• Participate in training for new hires on Kohl’s brand standards, product knowledge, inventory procedures, productivity standards, tools and resources.
