Job summary

Kohl’s is seeking a store associate to deliver exceptional customer service and execute store operations including freight handling and omnichannel fulfillment. You will greet customers, assist with product questions, and ensure accuracy in inventory and shelf replenishment.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and multitasking with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process product, including unloading truck shipments and stockroom operations.
• Replenish the sales floor based on sell through and seasonal changes.
• Engage customers by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services.
• Execute product protection standards.
• Participate in training for new hires on Kohl’s brand standards, product knowledge, inventory procedures, productivity standards, tools and resources.
