Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 (16 in EMEA).
• Local language fluency required; basic English is a plus.
• Ability to perform essential functions of the role.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends.
• Capable of lifting up to 25 lbs./12 kgs during each shift.
• Comfortable with technology (hand-held and mobile devices).

Responsibilities

• Process merchandise shipments.
• Replenish the sales floor.
• Manage markdowns and re-ticketing, stock transfers and damaged goods.
• Ensure store, sales floor, and stockrooms are cleaned and organized.
• Deliver omni-channel requests in line with UA process and policy.
• Model UA service culture and customer expectations.
• Adhere to Under Armour's visual standards to maximize product presentation.
• Engage in and support safety standards; report safety concerns.
• Follow Loss Prevention policies; inform management of unusual activity.
• Collaborate with teammates to achieve store goals.
• Be open to self-development and growth opportunities.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
