Qualifications

• Minimum age as stated (18+; 16+ in EMEA) and local language fluency.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends.
• Ability to lift cartons weighing up to 25 lbs./12 kg during shift.
• Comfortable with technology such as handheld and mobile devices.

Responsibilities

• Process merchandise shipments.
• Replenish the sales floor.
• Manage markdowns and re-ticketing, stock transfers and damaged goods.
• Ensure store, sales floor and stockrooms are cleaned and organized.
• Deliver omni-channel requests in line with UA process and policy through digital experience.
• Model the UA service culture and customer expectations.
• Support and adhere to Under Armour’s visual standards to maximize merchandise presentations.
• Engage in and support safety standards on sales floor and stockroom; report safety concerns.
• Identify and report unusual internal or external activity per Loss Prevention policies.
• Collaborate with teammates to achieve store goals.
• Be accountable for self-development and seize growth opportunities.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
