World Market is seeking team members for the seasonal period to deliver a fun and memorable shopping experience. You will process freight, stock shelves, maintain price signs, and support customers both in store and for buy online pickup in store orders. The role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and helpful product knowledge.

We value a can-do attitude, strong communication, and willingness to engage customers. Age 16+ and ability to lift up to 40 lbs are required.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Retail experience is a plus but not required.
• Minimum age 16 years.

Responsibilities

• Process freight and unload trucks.
• Maintain merchandising, pricing, signing and sales floor replenishment standards.
• Maintain an organized stockroom.
• Contribute to a safe shopping environment.
• Check out customers in store and handle buy online pickup in store as needed.
• Share product knowledge to assist customers in finding items.
