Job summary

World Market is seeking seasonal team members to help provide a welcoming, knowledgeable shopping experience for customers. You will process freight, maintain merchandising standards, stockrooms, and assist customers with purchases both in-store and online pickup. The role emphasizes warmth, product passion, and strong customer service.

Applicants should be 16+ and able to lift up to 40 lbs. Retail experience is a plus but not required, with emphasis on teamwork and effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Process freight and unload trucks.
• Maintain merchandising, pricing, signing and sales floor replenishment standards.
• Maintain an organized stockroom.
• Contribute to a safe shopping environment.
• Checkout customer in store and buy online pick up in store purchases as needed
• Share your passion and knowledge for our products and help customers find the perfect “anything.”
