Job summary

GUESS Factory in Pensacola, FL is seeking a Seasonal Stock Associate to help receive, unpack, and prepare merchandise for the selling floor, while keeping the stock room organized and clean and ensuring accurate restocking.

You will assist with stock replenishment, transfers, returns to vendor, and inventory tasks, plus support store operations during peak seasons. The role requires physical stamina, flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, and a team-oriented attitude.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Retail or stockroom experience preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unpack, and prepare merchandise for the selling floor.
• Maintain stock room organization and cleanliness.
• Replenish merchandise from stock room to selling floor.
• Execute transfers, RTVs, manage damages and charge sends.
• Participate in inventories and store meetings.
