Job summary

GUESS Factory in Estero, FL is seeking a Seasonal Stock Associate to receive, unpack, and prepare merchandise for the selling floor while keeping the stock room organized and clean.

Responsibilities include replenishing floor stock, coordinating transfers/RTVs, reporting discrepancies, and participating in inventories and store meetings. A high school diploma and prior retail/stockroom experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Previous retail or stockroom experience preferred.
• Team Player: Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
• Flexible Schedule: Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to walk, lift heavy items, and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unpack, and prepare merchandise for the selling floor.
• Maintain stock room organization and cleanliness.
• Replenish merchandise from stock room to selling floor.
• Notify management of shipment discrepancies and markdowns.
• Perform transfers, RTVs, manage damages, and handle customer charge sends.
• Participate in all inventories and store meetings.
