Qualifications

• Can-do attitude and contribute to a collaborative culture.
• Retail experience is a plus but not required.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Ability to initiate a conversation with customers.
• Minimum age 16 years.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Process freight and unload trucks.
• Maintain merchandising, pricing, signing and sales floor replenishment standards.
• Maintain an organized stockroom.
• Contribute to a safe shopping environment.
• Checkout customers in-store and handle buy online pick up in-store as needed.
• Share product knowledge to help customers find the perfect item.
