Squishable is seeking a Seasonal Retail Stock Lead for Woodfield Mall to maintain a clean, organized stock room and ensure timely replenishment on the sales floor during peak holiday traffic.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, able to work independently or with a team, and available evenings, weekends, and holidays. Pay is $17.00 per hour, with employee discounts and potential for ongoing roles after the season.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience preferred.
• Able to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent time-management and attention to detail.
• Open availability throughout the holiday season, with flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and peak holiday dates.
• Able to lift, carry, push, pull, or move objects up to 50 lbs.
• Able to stand for long periods.
• Must be 18 or older.

Responsibilities

• Stock Lead ensures a clean, organized stock room and supports the sales floor with replenishment.
• Plan and schedule all incoming and outbound shipments during the holiday season.
• Keep products neat, easy to locate, and well stocked to support holiday traffic.
• Perform opening and closing duties as assigned.
• Adhere to company policies and safety standards.
