Job summary

GUESS Factory is seeking a Seasonal Stock Associate for the Orlando area. You will receive, unpack, and prep merchandise, keep the stock room clean, and ensure floor-ready stock is available for customers.

Responsibilities include replenishment between stock room and selling floor, processing transfers and returns, and maintaining high store standards. Flexible schedule and physical stamina are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous retail or stockroom experience preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift and move items up to 30 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unpack, and prepare merchandise for the selling floor.
• Maintain stock room organization and cleanliness.
• Stock and replenish merchandise from the stock room to the selling floor.
• Notify management of shipment discrepancies or markdowns.
• Assist with transfers, returns to vendor, damages, and customer charge sends.
• Participate in all inventories and store meetings.
