Job summary

GUESS Factory is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate in Orlando to help drive sales and deliver a positive customer experience. You will support store operations, maintain cleanliness, and assist customers with product information and fitting room service.

Key duties include greeting customers, assisting with purchases, and contributing to a lively, organized store environment. Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Previous retail experience preferred.
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
• Flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to walk, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch and balance frequently.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers immediately upon entering the store with a friendly, sincere greeting.
• Provide current product information and assist customers in finding items.
• Assist in fitting rooms, maintain cash wrap cleanliness, and support add-on sales.
• Meet or exceed Sales per Hour (SPH) targets as assigned by management.
• Participate in store meetings and inventory activities, and adhere to store policies.
