Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience, 1+ years in a retail setting preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maximize product inventory, process freight, stock displays, and support curbside or delivery orders as needed.
• Greet customers, build relationships, and inform about products and services to deliver a personalized experience.
• Participate in wine, spirits, and beer training to bolster product knowledge.
• Maintain knowledge of promotions, ads, and loyalty programs.
• Ensure store safety, cleanliness, and regulatory compliance for alcohol sales.
• Load and deliver orders safely if delivery is an essential function.
