Job summary

UGG is seeking a Seasonal Stock Associate in New Jersey to manage stock, receive shipments, and keep inventory accurate while delivering friendly service on the sales floor. You will coordinate with the Stock Lead to ensure timely replenishment and display of products in line with Visual Merchandising standards.

Responsibilities include receiving shipments, stocking, assisting customers, and maintaining a clean, secure stock area.

Qualifications

One (1) to (2) years of retail stock experience preferred.
High School Diploma.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to convey the Deckers Brands Vision and Mission to your team members and customers.
Excellent team-building skills.
Excellent organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Receive, store, pick, count and distribute products to meet store needs.
Verify shipments and resolve discrepancies to keep inventory accurate.
Assemble, pack, and ship transfers between stores or distribution centers.
Maintain a neat, orderly stock room and follow stock policies.
Replenish and display product on the sales floor per Visual Merchandising standards.
Greet customers, answer questions, and share product knowledge.
Report to the Store Manager if late or absent.
