Job Highlights

$15.00 - $16.90 per hour! Our Seasonal Stock Teammates ensure our stores are stocked during busy seasons, making products available for customers. Responsibilities include managing merchandise flow, shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising.

Responsibilities

• Process merchandise shipments
• Replenish the sales floor
• Manage markdowns, re-ticketing, stock transfers, and damaged goods
• Keep the stockroom and sales floor organized and stocked

Minimum Requirements

• At least 18 years old
• Flexible schedule availability
• Comfortable with or willing to learn technology (computers, mobile devices)
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to perform essential functions of the role

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a warehouse or inventory management (preferred, not required)

Role Purpose

The Stock Associate contributes to sales and KPIs by ensuring efficient merchandise flow from stockroom to sales floor, adhering to SOPs, and supporting store operations. In the absence of a Sales Specialist, the Stock Associate will assume those responsibilities.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Basic numeracy, literacy, and communication skills

• Physical ability to handle products up to 25 lbs and move around the store
