Job Description:

Farm and Home Hardware is looking for motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Seasonal Stock Associates! This temporary position is perfect for those looking to gain experience in a fast-paced retail environment during our busy season. If you have a strong work ethic and enjoy working as part of a team, we’d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

1. Receive, unpack, and stock merchandise efficiently.
2. Maintain a clean and organized stockroom and sales floor.
3. Assist in inventory management, including counting and restocking products.
4. Support the sales team by ensuring shelves are stocked and presentable.
5. Follow safety guidelines while handling merchandise.
6. Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

1. Previous stock and retail experience is a plus but not required.
2. Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
3. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
4. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
5. Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
