World Market is hiring for a seasonal team to keep the store lively with friendly service and a fun shopping experience for our customers. You will help create a memorable shopping environment and share knowledge about our diverse products.

You will handle freight, merchandising, pricing, and checkout duties while maintaining safety and stockroom organization. This role offers flexible scheduling and a competitive hourly rate, plus opportunities for growth and training within a welcoming team.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Retail experience is a plus but not required.
• Ability to initiate conversation with customers.
• Commitment to a collaborative, respectful culture.

Responsabilités

• Process freight and unload trucks.

What You'll Do

You will be responsible for a variety of duties including customer service and making the shopping experience fun and memorable for our customer:

• Process freight and unload trucks
• Maintain merchandising, pricing, signing and sales floor replenishment standards.
• Maintain an organized stockroom.
• Contribute to a safe shopping environment.
• Checkout customer in store and buy online pick up in store purchases as needed
• Share your passion and knowledge for our products and help customers find the perfect “anything.”

Experience & Skills You'll Bring

• A can-do attitude and commitment to contributing to a collaborative, open minded, adaptable, honest, and respectful culture.
• Retail experience a plus but not required.
• Excellent communication & time management skills.
• Ability to initiate a conversation.
• Minimum Age 16 years.

Hourly Pay Range is $13.00-$13.50
