Job summary

World Market in Minnesota is hiring seasonal associates to make every visit memorable with friendly, helpful service.

You’ll process freight, merchandise shelves, stock the floor, support checkout and assist customers in finding the perfect item. You’ll help maintain a clean, safe, and inviting store environment.

No prior retail experience required; you must be at least 16 years old. Flexible hours and a fun, supportive team await you.

What You’ll Do

You will be responsible for a variety of duties including customer service and making the shopping experience fun and memorable for our customer:

Experience & Skills You’ll Bring

• A can-do attitude and commitment to contributing to a collaborative, open minded, adaptable, honest, and respectful culture.
• Retail experience a plus but not required.
• Excellent communication & time management skills.

Seasonal associates are eligible for paid sick leave accrual upon hire. If offered regular employment at the end of the seasonal period, additional benefits are available dependent upon classification.

Hourly Pay Range is $15.00-$15.50
