Job summary

World Market is seeking seasonal associates to join our team in Santa Cruz, CA. You will help customers find the perfect items, process transactions, stock shelves, and maintain a welcoming store environment.

The role offers flexible scheduling, a 16.90–17.40 hourly pay range, and opportunities for training and growth. Prior retail experience is helpful but not required, and all team members contribute to a fun, inclusive culture.

Responsibilities

• Process freight and unload trucks
• Maintain merchandising, pricing, signing and sales floor replenishment standards.
• Maintain an organized stockroom.
• Contribute to a safe shopping environment.
• Checkout customer in store and buy online pick up in store purchases as needed
• Share your passion and knowledge for our products and help customers find the perfect "anything."

Seasonal associates are eligible for paid sick leave accrual upon hire. If offered regular employment at the end of the seasonal period, additional benefits are available dependent upon classification.

Hourly Pay Range is $16.90-$17.40
