Job summary

World Market is hiring seasonal team members to create a fun, memorable shopping experience for customers. You’ll help with receiving freight, stocking shelves, and assisting guests with product finds, all while upholding friendly, engaged service.

We offer flexible scheduling, up to 30% shopping discount, team-oriented culture, wellness resources, recognition programs, and hands-on training for career growth. Hourly pay ranges from $15.00 to $15.50.

Qualifications

• Retail experience is a plus but not required.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Ability to initiate a conversation with customers.
• Minimum age 16 years.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Process freight and unload trucks.
• Maintain merchandising, pricing, signing and sales floor replenishment standards.
• Maintain an organized stockroom.

• Checkout customers in store and buy online pick up in store purchases as needed.

What You'll Do

Experience & Skills You'll Bring

Seasonal associates are eligible for paid leave accrual upon hire. If offered regular employment at the end of the seasonal period, additional benefits are available dependent upon classification.

Hourly Pay Range is $15.00-$15.50
