Job summary

World Market in Bloomington, MN is seeking friendly seasonal associates to make every visit fun and memorable. Share your product knowledge, help customers find the perfect item, and contribute to a welcoming, energetic team during our peak season.

You will assist with checkout, stocking, signage, and merchandise presentation while upholding safety and courtesy. Prior retail is a plus, but a positive attitude and strong communication are most important for success.

Qualifications

• A can-do attitude and commitment to contributing to a collaborative, open minded, adaptable, honest, and respectful culture.
• Retail experience a plus but not required.
• Excellent communication & time management skills.
• Ability to initiate a conversation.
• Minimum Age 16 years.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

• Checkout customer in store and buy online pick up in store purchases.
• Maintain merchandising, pricing, signing and sales floor replenishment standards.
• Participate in processing freight and truck unload as needed.

Hourly Pay Range is $15.00-$15.50

Seasonal associates are eligible for paid sick leave accrual upon hire. If offered regular employment at the end of the seasonal period, additional benefits are available dependent upon classification.
