Responsibilities include shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising. This role is ideal for those seeking to earn money and stay active during summer or holiday breaks.

Key Responsibilities

• Process merchandise shipments

• Manage markdowns, re-ticketing, stock transfers, and damaged goods
• Maintain organized stockroom and sales floor

Minimum Requirements

• At least 18 years old
• Flexible schedule availability
• Willingness to learn technology (computers, mobile devices)
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to perform essential functions of the role

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a warehouse or inventory management role (preferred but not required)

Role Purpose

The Stock Associate contributes to sales and KPIs by ensuring efficient merchandise flow from stockroom to sales floor, adhering to SOPs, and maintaining brand standards. In the absence of a Sales Specialist, the Stock Associate will assume those responsibilities.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Basic numeracy, literacy, and communication skills

• 0-3 months retail experience in sports/apparel & footwear
• Ability to work flexible hours including holidays, nights, and weekends

Physical Requirements

• Handle or relocate products up to 25 lbs/12 kg
• Move about store for extended periods
• Access all store areas
