Job Highlights

$13.50 - $15.20 per hour! Our Seasonal Stock Teammates support store operations during busy seasons by ensuring merchandise flows efficiently from the stockroom to the sales floor. Responsibilities include processing shipments, replenishing stock, managing markdowns, and maintaining stockroom organization. This role is ideal for those seeking summer or holiday employment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process merchandise shipments
• Replenish the sales floor
• Manage markdowns, re-ticketing, stock transfers, and damaged goods
• Maintain organized and clean stockroom and sales floor

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 18 years old
• Flexible schedule availability
• Comfortable with or willing to learn technology (computers, handheld devices)
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to perform essential functions of the role

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in warehouse or inventory management (preferred, not required)

Role Purpose:

The Stock Associate contributes to sales and KPI targets by ensuring efficient product flow from stockroom to sales floor, adhering to SOPs, and supporting store operations. In the absence of a Sales Specialist, the Stock Associate will assume those responsibilities.

Qualifications:

• Basic numeracy, literacy, communication skills

Additional Requirements:

• 0-3 months retail experience in sports/apparel & footwear
• Flexible schedule including holidays, nights, weekends
• Physical ability to handle products up to 25 lbs/12 kg and move about the store
