Our Seasonal Stock Teammates keep our stores running smoothly during busy seasons, ensuring products are available for customers. They are responsible for maximizing sales potential by managing the flow of merchandise from the stockroom to the sales floor, following SOPs, and maintaining brand standards for shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising. We Count On Our Stock Teammates To

• Process merchandise shipments
• Replenish the sales floor
• Manage markdowns, re-ticketing, stock transfers, and damaged goods
• Keep the stockroom and sales floor organized and clean

Minimum Requirements

• At least 18 years old
• Available to work a flexible schedule
• Comfortable with or willing to learn technology (computers, handheld and mobile devices)
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to perform essential functions of the role

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a warehouse or inventory management role (preferred, not required)

Role Purpose

The Stock Associate contributes to store sales and KPIs by ensuring efficient merchandise flow from the stockroom to the sales floor. Reporting to the Store Manager, they execute SOPs and standards for shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, merchandising, and cycle counts. They may also cover Sales Specialist responsibilities in their absence.

• Maintain SOPs for stockroom and visual displays

Qualifications

• Basic numeracy, literacy, listening, and communication skills
• Fluency in the local language
• Proficiency with computers and technology

Requirements

• 0-3 months experience in sports/apparel & footwear retail
• Flexible schedule including holidays, nights, weekends

Physical Requirements

• Handle or relocate products up to 25 lbs/12 kg
• Move about store for extended periods
• Access all store areas
