Job summary

World Market is hiring for a seasonal team member to help with store operations, merchandise, and guest service. You’ll process freight and assist customers in finding the perfect item.

We offer flexible scheduling, up to 30% shopping discount, a supportive team, wellness resources, anniversary and recognition programs, and hands-on training for career growth. This role welcomes a can-do attitude, is suitable for ages 16+, and requires the ability to lift up to 40 lbs as needed to keep our store

Qualifications

• Retail experience a plus but not required.
• Excellent communication & time management skills.
• Ability to initiate a conversation.

Responsibilities

• Process freight and unload trucks
• Maintain merchandising, pricing, signing and sales floor replenishment standards.
• Maintain an organized stockroom.
• Contribute to a safe shopping environment.
• Checkout customer in store and buy online pick up in store purchases as needed
• Share your passion and knowledge for our products and help customers find the perfect "anything."
