Workforce Staffing

The Workforce Staffing team owns hiring across multiple locations for entry-level warehouse and fulfillment associate roles. We seek talented, driven individuals to help build Amazon's future talent pipeline.

This seasonal role averages 30-39 hours per week, with an estimated start date of ASAP (pending completion of video interview and pre-hire checks) and an end date of November 15, 2025. Dates may change based on business needs.

As a Staffing Administrator, you will coordinate activities to support high-volume hiring efforts. You will serve as the first face of Amazon to candidates, ensuring a positive hiring experience and preparing new associates for Day 1. The role requires flexibility, customer obsession, and excellent communication skills. The schedule may include nights and weekends, with travel to multiple sites as needed.

Key responsibilities include setting up hiring events, assisting candidates through the process, managing applicant tracking systems, conducting audits, attending community events, resolving escalations, and maintaining confidentiality. Travel within the assigned area up to 75% may be required. The role involves flexible scheduling, including overtime, evenings, and weekends.

Basic Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 6+ months experience in a customer-focused environment such as operations, support, retail, or staffing
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn other platforms
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Windows, Word, Excel, Kronos, PowerPoint
  • Experience with data entry, report management, applicant tracking systems
  • 1+ years in a fast-paced, customer-oriented environment
  • Intermediate Microsoft skills, data analysis, problem-solving, excellent communication, organizational skills, and bilingual abilities are a plus.
