Job summary

Under Armour is recruiting a Seasonal Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer service, drive sales, and help with stock and store operations. You will work in a fast-paced store environment, greeting customers, assisting with product selection, and handling checkout while supporting omnichannel requests.

Position offers a part-time, seasonal schedule with opportunities for advancement. Requires flexibility for holidays, nights, and weekends and comfort with technology.

Qualifications

• At least 16 years old (or 18 in California).
• Ability to maneuver around sales floor, stockroom and office; lift up to 25 lbs/12 kg.
• Local language fluency; basic English is a plus.
• Able to work flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends.
• Ability to perform essential functions and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide great customer service from greeting to checkout.
• Suggest apparel and footwear to customers to maximize sales.
• Stock, straighten, and clean the store and assist front/back of store operations.
• Handle point of sale and payment processes; fulfill omni-channel requests.
• Support team and contribute to a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Promote Rewards program and participate in growth opportunities.
