Job summary

Rally House is hiring for a temporary seasonal Teammate to support peak periods. You will help deliver a welcoming customer experience, assist with sales, merchandising, and daily operations while working in a fast-paced team environment.

They seek individuals who bring energy, enthusiasm for sports, and a strong guest-first mindset. Prior customer-facing work is preferred and you’ll participate in training to build service capabilities and product knowledge.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Previous customer-facing experience preferred.
• Seasonal, temporary role to support peak business demands.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate Rally House values through positive teamwork and engagement with peers.

• Actively participate in training and skill drills to build service capability.
