Job summary

Snowbird is seeking a Snowplow Driver / Heavy Equipment Operator to join the Mountain Operations team for the winter season. You will operate snow removal equipment, perform pre-trip inspections, and maintain safety standards on mountain roads, parking areas, and village access.

Required: High school diploma, 2-4 years heavy equipment experience, valid Class B CDL with Medical Certificate, clean driving record, and ability to pass drug test and background check.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2-4 years of heavy equipment or related experience.
• Valid Class B CDL and current Medical Certificate.
• Minimum 21 years of age and clean driving record.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug test and background check.

Responsibilities

• Operate snow removal equipment, including front-end loaders and dump trucks.
• Perform and document pre-trip inspections.
• Report mechanical and safety issues.
• Install, repair, and maintain tire chains.
• Complete maintenance records and work orders.
• Follow all Mountain Operations and resort safety standards.
