Job summary

Perfect North Slopes in Lawrenceburg, IN is hiring for Mountain Operations/Snowmaking for the 2026-2027 season. Team members will operate a manual snowmaking system, perform light maintenance on equipment, and assist other departments as needed.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of basic machinery, including pumps and compressed air.
• Good communication skills are required.
• Team members must be able to work in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Safety: Maintain safety barriers, padding, and guards around snowmaking equipment; wear PPE as required.
• Operate and maintain snowmaking equipment by adjusting guns, water, and air flow.
• Relocate snow guns and hoses as needed.
