Job summary

You will work with a dynamic team, support daily retail operations, participate in events, and maintain a high-energy environment while upholding policy and integrity. Flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Outgoing, social and enjoy engaging others.
• Effective communication with team members and customers.
• Experience in customer-facing roles is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Drive a platinum experience for each Burton customer.
• Strive to achieve store sales goals.
• Demonstrate enthusiasm and stay current on products, moments, stories and events.
• Assist the team with daily retail operations for smooth store functioning.
• Be an active member of the local community by attending and supporting in-store events.
• Model flexibility by working nights, weekends and holidays.
• Perform POS, receiving, stocking, displays and housekeeping as needed.
• Uphold all company policies.
