Job summary

Mt. La Crosse is seeking seasonal Snowsports instructors to teach snowboarding to guests of all ages and ability levels. Training is provided; no prior instructing experience is required.

Responsibilities include teaching techniques, guiding clinics, and delivering excellent guest service in a fast-paced winter environment. Must be at least 14 years old and able to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills to interact with guests and coworkers.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Physically fit to perform the job functions including standing, bending, and lifting for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Teach snowboarding techniques through practice and guided clinics.
