Vail Resorts in Wisconsin’s ski area invites certified ski or snowboard instructors to teach groups and individuals, delivering world-class guest service in a safe, fun learning environment.

Starting wage is $21.00/hr with opportunities to earn more through teaching incentives. Employment is Winter Seasonal 2026/2027; shifts are part-time with 40-hour weeks not guaranteed for full-time instructors, and weekend/holiday availability is required.

Qualifications

• PSIA/AASI Level 1 certification or ISIA equivalent is required.
• Must be fluent in English to communicate with guests and colleagues.
• Experience delivering ski/snowboard instruction to groups and individuals is expected.

Responsibilities

• Teach group and private lessons.
• Work with guests of all ages and abilities.
