Air Comfort, Inc. is seeking a Seasonal Snow Removal Worker in Willoughby, Ohio to clear snow from sidewalks, driveways, and parking lots, ensuring safe passage for pedestrians and vehicles.

You will operate shovels, snow blowers, and de-icing materials while maintaining equipment and coordinating with the team. You must be able to work in cold weather, handle strenuous tasks, and adapt to flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work in cold and inclement weather conditions.
• Physical stamina to perform strenuous tasks for extended periods.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
• Experience with snow removal equipment is a plus but not required.
• Able to be on call 24/7.

Responsibilities

• Clear snow from sidewalks, driveways, and parking lots using shovels, snow blowers, and other equipment.
• Apply salt or other de-icing materials to prevent ice buildup.
• Ensure all assigned areas are free of snow and ice in a timely manner.
• Maintain and care for snow removal equipment.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
