Job summary

East Coast Facilities, Inc. is seeking part-time Snow Removal Operators to support snow and ice management across multiple property types.

The role is on-call during snow events, reporting to the Production Manager and performing duties from salt application to equipment maintenance. Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years in commercial snow removal, possess a valid driver's license, and be able to work in severe winter conditions.

Qualifications

• Minimum three (3) years of professional commercial snow removal experience.
• Must pass a driver’s license screening and meet driving standards to operate company vehicles.
• Ability to work safely around active vehicle traffic.
• Willingness to work overtime or extended shifts as needed.
• Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs and perform repetitive movements.
• Must have good vision; corrective lenses acceptable if they provide adequate vision.

Responsibilities

• Perform snow removal services on parking lots, access roads, loading docks, walkways, and other designated areas.
• Operate plow trucks and/or heavy equipment per qualifications and certifications.
• Spread salt and deicers using spreaders and related equipment.
• Assist the team with loading/unloading materials, tools, and supplies.
• Fuel equipment and perform routine maintenance on assigned machinery.
• Protect company assets and maintain confidentiality of information.
