GroundSystems, Inc. is seeking reliable Seasonal Snow Driver/Operator candidates for the Dayton area. This part-time, temporary role supports winter snow and ice removal by operating company trucks and applying deicing materials as needed.

The position requires 20+ years old, a valid U.S. driver's license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and English proficiency. Flexibility to work during snow events and 1-hour dispatch readiness is expected.

Qualifications

• Must be 20+ and eligible to work in the U.S.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record (minimum 3 years driving experience).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in winter conditions.
• Must understand and speak basic English.
• Must follow safety guidelines and wear PPE.

Responsibilities

• Operate company-owned vehicles.
• Apply deicing materials using machines, trucks, or manually.
• Maintain and clean trucks and equipment as needed.
• Follow all company and safety guidelines on every site.
