Job summary

Pymatuning Property Maintenance, LLC is seeking dependable, experienced Part-Time Snow Plow Drivers for the upcoming winter season in Pennsylvania. This seasonal, on-call role requires early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays when weather events demand, with plowing of commercial properties and application of salt.

Drivers must have a valid driver's license, be able to operate a snow plow truck, pass a DOT physical, and report to supervisors on short notice.

Qualifications

• Previous snow plowing experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• DOT physical required or able to obtain DOT card.
• Ability to work varying hours based on weather conditions.
• Dependable and able to report to work on short notice.
• Comfortable operating a truck with a snow plow.

Responsibilities

• Operate company snow plow trucks safely and efficiently.
• Plow and maintain commercial properties during snow events.
• Apply salt/de-icing materials as needed.
• Follow assigned routes and instructions from supervisors.
• Perform basic pre-trip and post-trip equipment checks.
• Communicate with supervisors throughout snow events.
• Work safely around vehicles, pedestrians, buildings, and other equipment.
• Be available and ready to report when called for snow and ice events.
