Job summary

Northwest Parkway is seeking a Snow Removal Driver to join our on-site team in Broomfield, CO for the winter season. You will operate snowplows, salt spreaders, and related equipment to maintain safe passage for our toll road customers and the public.

Responsibilities include monitoring weather, responding to snow/ice events, performing routine maintenance, and coordinating with the snow crew to ensure timely completion of tasks. A valid CDL B+ license and strong safety mindset are required.

Qualifications

• CDL Class B (or higher) license with clean driving record.
• Experience operating snow removal equipment preferred.
• Able to work nights, weekends, holidays as required.
• Strong safety and customer service mindset.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Physically capable to operate heavy equipment in winter conditions.

Responsibilities

• Operate snowplows, salt spreaders, and other equipment safely.
• Monitor weather and respond to snow/ice emergencies.
• Perform routine checks and maintenance on equipment.
• Coordinate with team to ensure progress and completion.
• Follow safety protocols and report malfunctions.
• Document tasks and maintain logs.
