Job summary

JMC Enterprises is hiring a Lead Technician (Service Vehicle Driver) for the winter season. This role combines outdoor fieldwork, leading a small team, and operating a company service vehicle to perform snow and ice removal at customer locations across the Northeast.

The Lead Technician in Training starts the season with hands-on coaching, while the team covers shifts that may extend to 16 hours per day. Overtime, stipends, and end-of-season bonuses are available to rewarded performers.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver’s license and be able to pass DMV checks.
• Experience driving in snow or winter weather is preferred.
• Ability to work outdoors in cold weather and varying winter conditions.

Responsibilities

• Lead team of 1–3 technicians on a service route.
• Safely transport the team and navigate between locations.
• Perform snow/ice removal at trailer tops and document completed services.
