Job summary

You’ll work with a strong grounds crew, typically Monday–Friday 7am–4pm, with overtime during snow events and occasional overnight shifts. The position offers a pay rate of $17 to $20 per hour and opportunities to grow within our responsive

Qualifications

• Experience operating snow removal equipment such as snowplows or skid steers.
• Team-oriented mindset with reliability and safety focus.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Operate snow removal equipment to clear parking lots, driveways, and walkways.
• Mow, trim, edge, and maintain lawns and green spaces seasonally.
• Perform equipment checks and routine maintenance for readiness.
• Respond to snow events including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
