Job summary

Arctic Snow & Ice Control, Inc. and IFOG, Inc. are seeking seasoned snow removal pros for the 2026–2027 season in Milwaukee, Glendale and Racine.

You will plow commercial lots, apply salt and shovel as directed, while keeping vehicles fueled, logs up to date and equipment in safe working order. The role requires 2+ years of snow removal or equipment operation experience, ability to lift 50 lbs, a clean driving record, and CDL for some assignments.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of commercial snow removal or equipment operating experience.
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.
• A legal, clean driving record.
• Valid CDL for some assignments; not required for all operating positions.

Responsibilities

• Plowing commercial parking lots as directed by dispatch or foreman.
• Report incidents or accidents to foreman immediately.
• Maintain fuel logs and fuel status updates.
• Perform salting, plowing and shoveling as required.
• Keep equipment safe and serviced; report issues.
• Keep cab clean and trash-free.
• Attend Pre-Job Safety Meetings and follow directions.
• Operate per dispatch and foreman instructions.
