Aesop in Brookline is seeking a Seasonal Retail Consultant to welcome customers, share our brand story, and deliver personalized product experiences on the sales floor. You will engage customers with demonstrations and build tailored regimens that reflect our premium skincare and fragrance lines.

Weekends are required, with flexible availability during the November–January peak. This contract ends January 16, 2027, and full availability for weekend dates is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-focused retail or hospitality.
• Merchant mindset: customer-focused and commercially driven.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; comfortable with product demos.
• Able to stand on the sales floor, navigate stairs, and lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsabilités

• Tell stories that connect with customers and understand their needs.
• Deliver personalized customer journeys with demonstrations and regimens.
• Lead customers to fragrance area and demonstrate products on the hand.
• Ensure a memorable departure and build lasting relationships with customers.
• Uphold grooming and retail standards to deliver a five senses experience.
• Complete stock, inventory, and store presentation tasks.
