Job summary

Schweitzer is seeking a Seasonal Sales Clerk for the Ski and Ride School to handle sales, tickets and rentals. You will process transactions, advise guests, and schedule private lessons with instructors.

The role requires strong guest service, cash handling, and familiarity with the resort offerings. Bilingual or prior ski/snowboard knowledge is a plus, with a friendly, efficient service mindset expected.

Qualifications

• English reading, writing and verbal communication required.
• Basic math skills required.
• Guest service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process sales and orders through the Point of Sale system.
• Sell Ski and Ride School lessons, tickets and rentals.
• Assist guests in selecting products and completing paperwork.
• Schedule private lessons with the Ski and Ride School, and attach to instructors.
• Balance cash and card transactions at end of shift.
• Answer calls on the Ski and Ride School line.
• Maintain a helpful, empathetic demeanor with guests.
