Job summary

Yellowstone Club in Big Sky, Montana seeks Lift Operators for the upcoming winter season. This seasonal role runs Nov 30–Apr 12, starting at $22/hour plus DOE, with duties focused on safe loading, unloading and excellent guest service.

Responsibilities include performing safety checks, maintaining loading areas and ramps, and ensuring courteous interactions with Members and guests in an outdoor environment.

Qualifications

• Greet and assist Members and guests with outstanding service.
• Apply property safety and security procedures at all times.
• Maintain professional relations with Members, guests and staff.
• Respect privacy and provide accurate information about lifts and conditions.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe loading, transporting and unloading of Members, guests and employees.
• Ensure a courteous, friendly environment and uphold service standards.
• Inspect lift machinery and report any issues.
• Assist with lift evacuations and safety checks.
• Work outside in various weather conditions and maintain a neat appearance and attitude.
